WHICH SIZES TO CHOOSE?

Questions about which “Size” to choose? please press CONTACT US and leave your “Height & Weight plus the Styles that you are interested in?” to us,  so our Customer Services can speed up to find the Best Fit within 48 hrs or even sooner. Or whenever Order changes after paid is needed? Please ensure to initiate them within 48 hrs after the payment, otherwise, it will become difficult to do so if Orders have left our DC (Liaison Office) in China for shipment!  Please understand.

QUALITY CONTROL

All orders will be checked in our China DC (Liaison Office) before passing to forwarder for shipments. So Customers are recommended to press CONTACT US ASAP, whenever  Changes are needed (e.g. Shipping address changes…etc) !  Then our Customer Services can speed up to fulfill the requests in time before passing the orders to forwarders.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY?

We offer FREE SHIPPING FOR PURCHASE OVER US$20 to over 30 countries sum up  as below (or flat rate of us$ 13/ order will be necessary). Packages will be shipped using  ePacket , EMS, SF…etc depending on the total Weight and Size of the ultimate package.

HOW MUCH IT COSTS TO SHIP via EXPRESS SERVICE?

If Customers prefer their Products to be shipped via other Couriers e.g. Fed-ex, UPS…etc by our  Free Shipping Service?  Please  CONTACT US immediately, and so our Customer Services can check out the most favorable rate base on final Destination, Dimension and Weight..etc for our customers.

CUSTOMS & TAX?

Customers  need to bear any Customs fee or Tax that might applied to their products when arrived end destination.   And different  products might some time ship from different  warehouse in China directly that customer might received more than one package even under the same purchase,  then clear them from customs separately.  Please noted and we are  Thankful for your understanding here.

Estimated Shipping Lead-time via our “Free Shipping Partners” like e Packet, EMS ….etc (remark:- below not include our internal 3-5 days works processing lead-time before passing the Orders to Forwarders/Couriers).

ORDER TRACKING?

Tracking number will be forwarded to customers by email once it is available that customers can track  on-line.  If customers do not received it  one week  after orders been placed?   Please CONTACT US ,  then  we can resend ASAP.

WHAT IS BUYERS' RIGHT FOR FULL REFUNDS?

Customers have full right to ask for Refunds or Replacement when:-

  1. Products received is wrongly sent!
  2. Products received Fail to meet the Specification, or out of Tolerance for Color or Measurement
  3. Products arrived exceed the  “Max  Estimated Lead Time” listed in the Shipping Lead Time Charts set for each Countries/Region above.
  4. And Customers need to return the Products unused with the original packaging at 4RCC’s cost, and are suggested to take pictures to show the Physical Cause For Dissatisfaction to  expedite the claim for customers.   Once the claims been certified, then Full Refunds will be made immediately.
  5. Customers are remind to initiate Refund/Return soon after receipt (i.e. within 3 working days). Please press CONTACT US here,  and so our Customer Services can arrange return by the most efficient courier service ASAP.

 

WHAT DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS?:
  • When products delay  is out of suppliers’ control e.g. Shipping address is not sufficient or not correct that causing the delay …etc,  or delay is caused by unexpected circumstances  e.g. caught by Customs or caused by natural disasters…etc.
